In July, the Columbia Neighborhood Association hosts an annual chalk festival.

(Notice, we didn’t include the word “Art” because some people are intimidated by art. All are WELCOME!)

The 2024 Chalk Festival will take place on the 4th of July on the sidewalks surrounding Elizabeth Park. Please refer to the 4th of July Celebration page for more info!
